Frequently Asked Questions
Do I even need physical therapy?
Maybe! I can help you figure this out through a comprehensive examination and discussion of your goals, what you’ve been struggling with, areas of pain, and what you want to get back to doing without pain or difficulty.
Use the contact form to email me or the Services and Pricing tab to book your first appointment. Don’t wait - take a leap of faith and choose your health today.
How do I get started?
I love that you’re ready to get going! Simply click on Services and Pricing in the menu above and click the “Book Now” button. This will take you to a page called, “Prava,” which is the booking service I use for my clients. From there, you can choose a method of treatment (virtual or in-person) and schedule according to what day and time work for you.
If you’re not ready to schedule just yet, reach out through the contact form in the menu above - I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
What is the time commitment?
This varies person-to-person, but in general I see my clients 1-2 times per week for 4-6 weeks. Sometimes, people get to feeling better way sooner, and sometimes because of the nature of the condition, the body takes longer to adapt to its new healing process.
We will establish a clear timeline at your first visit and will update this throughout your care to ensure we are on track to meet your goals.
What is your specialty?

My favorite things to treat:

What insurances do you accept?
At this time, I am cash-pay only, meaning no insurance headaches, authorization denials, and no visit limitations! Instead, you and I will work together to create an evidence-based plan that best suits your needs and will get you better, faster.
