My story
I became a physical therapist because I care deeply about the mental and physical aspects of recovery.
Over the years, Iβve worked with patients who did everything βrightβ - they were consistent with appointments, followed instructions, and tried every recommended treatment. However, they still felt stuck. Headaches, neck pain, and jaw symptoms quietly but fiercely take over our lives. Many of my patients were previously told their symptoms were normal, stress-related, or something they just had to live with.
That never sat well with me.
As a board-certified orthopedic specialist with advanced training, Iβve learned that persistent symptoms are rarely random. Theyβre often the result of multiple factors interacting over time - movement, postures, stress, habits, previous injuries, and how the nervous system puts it all together.
Understanding that whole picture takes time, attention, and space to think. Thatβs where traditional healthcare models often fall short.
I created my practice to offer something different: unhurried, one-on-one care where listening and understanding are just as important as treatment. My role isnβt to rush you through exercises or chase temporary relief - itβs to help you understand whatβs happening in your body and guide you toward lasting change.
I approach care with curiosity, clinical precision, and a steady calm. I believe good treatment should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and empowering - not overwhelming or accusatory.
If youβre here, thereβs a good chance youβve already tried a lot. Itβs time to try just one more time - this time, With Ease.
My credentials
I provide specialized and evidence-based treatment and consultation to help you finally narrow down your needs and address them in the most effective and cost-considerate way possible.
