My story

I became a physical therapist because I care deeply about the mental and physical aspects of recovery.

Over the years, I’ve worked with patients who did everything β€œright” - they were consistent with appointments, followed instructions, and tried every recommended treatment. However, they still felt stuck. Headaches, neck pain, and jaw symptoms quietly but fiercely take over our lives. Many of my patients were previously told their symptoms were normal, stress-related, or something they just had to live with.

That never sat well with me.

As a board-certified orthopedic specialist with advanced training, I’ve learned that persistent symptoms are rarely random. They’re often the result of multiple factors interacting over time - movement, postures, stress, habits, previous injuries, and how the nervous system puts it all together.

Understanding that whole picture takes time, attention, and space to think. That’s where traditional healthcare models often fall short.

I created my practice to offer something different: unhurried, one-on-one care where listening and understanding are just as important as treatment. My role isn’t to rush you through exercises or chase temporary relief - it’s to help you understand what’s happening in your body and guide you toward lasting change.

I approach care with curiosity, clinical precision, and a steady calm. I believe good treatment should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and empowering - not overwhelming or accusatory.

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve already tried a lot. It’s time to try just one more time - this time, With Ease.
